Massage Therapy

I began practicing massage therapy in 1997 after attending Lifestream Massage School in Napa, California. Since then I’ve practiced in day spas, chiropractor clinics, health resorts and client homes. Presently, I have an office in my home.

My training includes Swedish, deep tissue and hot stone massage, reflexology and myofascial release.

Fees are as follows:

30 minutes $40
60 minutes $70

Writing and Editing

I began writing regularly in 2003 when I journaled each step of my Appalachian Trail hike. My published writing portfolio now includes a regular health column in a small Christian magazine, reporting, non-fiction short stories, web copywriting and ghost writing. (I’ve also written all of the text on this blog.) Fees vary. Contact me for more information.

Wellness Coaching

I began working as a wellness coach in 2006 for The Christian Care Ministry. I opened a private practice in 2007.

My most popular wellness coaching package consists of six months’ worth of weekly phone appointments of up to 30 minutes. I also offer less intensive programs, such as bi-weekly, monthly, or single-session appointments.

Weekly 30-minute sessions $150/month or $800 for six months
Bi-weekly 30-minute sessions $75/month or $400 for six months
Monthly 45-minute sessions $55/month or $300 for six months
Single 45-minute session $55

Each package includes my Wellness Workbook, other educational materials, and limited e-mail support. Cost does not include potential fees for fitness assessments, physical examinations or blood work.

I offer a 15% corporate discount to groups of 5 or more.
