Mexican Lentils

From the book Eat to Live by Joel Fuhrman, M.D. My mom loves this recipe.

2 c water
1 c lentils, uncooked
1 c frozen or fresh corn
1 8-oz can tomato sauce
1 onion, diced

Got this recipe from the Lifestyle Center of America when I worked there.

2 c diced carrots
1 c diced onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp McKay’s chicken-style seasoning
