Breakfast 2 slices toast on Ezekiel Sesame bread, with ~1 tsp Earth Balance, ~1 tbsp (or a little less) fresh ground peanut butter, and 1/2 sliced banana on each piece of toast plum peach ~1 c red grapes

Low-key 35-min walk around my neighborhood with a friend and her baby. Then, a 10 min ab workout from OnDemand. In all, 45 min, 247 calories, average HR 128, TE 2.7. Great to exercise with a friend! Tomorrow will have to be a harder workout, though. // //
