Breakfast two slices of toast, Ezekiel Sesame bread, with ~1 tsp Earth Balance margarine per slice, ~1 tbsp (?) fresh-ground peanut butter (from my local health food store) per slice, and sliced banana (one whole banana between the two slices of toast) plum peach ~1 1/2 c red grapes
