~3/4 c cantaloupe
some wheat thins and Rotel dip… It was sitting on the table and I couldn’t resist it any longer.

two slices of toast, Ezekiel Sesame bread, with ~1 tsp Earth Balance margarine per slice, ~1 tbsp (?) fresh-ground peanut butter (from my local health food store) per slice, and sliced banana (one whole banana between the two slices of toast)

Day One of the food log! I’m excited and nervous. This is none too soon, just weighed myself and I’m about 9 pounds heavier than my wedding day three months ago today… Ugh. So there, you see that I have not been eating ideally recently.
