So obviously I didn’t make it last week (or was it two weeks ago?), getting back to my food log. Today I’m ready. I weighed myself and measured my waist to track any changes.
BMI: 24.9
Waist: 33.5 inches (ugh! that’s at least 2 inches more than 4 months ago…)

I feel really gross and bloated from last night’s festivities. Ugh. I don’t know if it’s the roasted garlic on the pizza (much as I love it, when I eat a lot of it my body’s not happy), or the bread or what.
