2 pieces of Ezekiel Sesame bread, toasted, with Earth Balance margarine, and one with fresh ground peanut butter, the other with Smucker’s Simply Fruit seedless blackberry jam
~3/4 c Un-Mushy Oatmeal with ~1 oz raw walnuts and Silk brand vanilla soymilk

~2 c Curried Carrot Apple Soup, leftover from last night
