I am feeling so yucky having been sedentary all week! Really need the exercise. So mid-morning, having seen a few peeks here and there of sunshine while sitting in my office, I decided to be spontaneous and get out there for a quick walk. I texted a couple of friends [...]

Sorry to say there was nothing today… It’s still raining. Very hard this morning, in fact.
Actually, at the end of the day I spent about 10 minutes stretching. Not nearly enough exercise. It felt good though!

Ugh! We are just having such nasty weather. Finally at the end of the day I was so tired of feeling sedentary I made some exercise up for about 20 minutes. Not enough really, but at least it was something to get my heart rate going.

Okay, this is stupid, but I’m being real here. This is about the 5th straight day of gloomy gray skies and wet or threatening-to-be-wet weather. I hate this kind of weather, it really depresses me. It’s completely irrational, but I feel a little bit like if I don’t go out in it to exercise I [...]

It’s rainy again today and my excuses are welling up… I’m taking another day off.

Today I helped some friends load and unload their moving truck. They had dollies, so it ended up being not quite as much exercise as I anticipated, but still good nonetheless. It was raining off and on again today so another unappealing day to be out walking or running. For me, at least.
