45-minute walk around my neighborhood.
It’s not raining today, but it’s gray and affecting my motivation! So I came up with something different to do than just get back on the treadmill. It felt good; it’s been awhile since I did any strength training. I’ll be sore tomorrow!
It’s raining again. I really didn’t want to do this today, so afterwards I felt extremely proud of myself! I put on NPR to listen to while I was on the treadmill, but unfortunately it’s our local radio station’s pledge drive so I didn’t hear much interesting or useful information.
Friday I was somewhat frantically (not really, but it was a bit of a time crunch) getting ready for another yardsale we had on Sunday.
Saturday we went to an earlier church service than we usually go to and then drove up to Nashville for the afternoon and evening. (We did stroll across the Shelby Street bridge and around downtown with friends.)
And Sunday we had our yardsale. Which did involve quite a bit of furniture-moving, etc. In fact for about the first four hours I barely sat down. So it wasn’t an inactive day, just not a planned exercise day.
