Pineapple Mint Iced Tea

Got this off a can of Dole pineapple or pineapple juice. I’ve had it for years and never tried it until just recently. It was delicious! I made it for a large gathering so I was shopping at Sam’s for pineapple juice, and all they had was pineapple-peach-mango juice, so that’s actually what I used.

  • 2 c peppermint herbal tea
  • 2 c pineapple juice
  • ice
  • lemon slices

Brew the peppermint tea and let cool to at least room temperature. Mix with pineapple juice, add ice, and garnish with lemon slices.
