My apologies for my absence lately! I took two days’ worth of doses of Nature’s Flu Shot last week, but I think I was already too far gone for it to prevent me from getting sick. I experience the same thing with echinacea; if I take it early enough, it keeps me from getting sick. But if I’m already sick it doesn’t seem to make a difference. I did notice though that I started to get worse after I stopped taking the Nature’s Flu Shot–could be coincidental, or was it keeping me from getting worse?? Hard to say.

At any rate, that’s one reason I haven’t been posting–I am miserably sick. It’s been all I could do to finish Christmas shopping.

The other reason I haven’t written much lately is that since late last summer I’ve been battling symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, so I’d planned to limit my time on the computer this month in order to rest my hands and wrists.
