Food Log Day Thirty-Six
Breakfast
- smoothie with 2 handfuls fresh spinach, frozen banana, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, frozen peaches, the juice from a can of pears (I saved this from the pears I used in the salad last night), some Silk brand vanilla soymilk
- ~2 oz raw almonds
Lunch
- ~2 c Curried Carrot Apple Soup, leftover from last night
- 2 whole wheat pitas, heated in the toaster, with a little Earth Balance margarine on each
Snack
- handful of dried apricots
- small handful of raw almonds–~1 oz
Dinner
We went out tonight, to one of our favorite restaurants: a local chain that serves pizza and calzones.
- 4 pieces (they were small) of pizza, with whole wheat crust, light cheese, tomatoes, roasted garlic, basil, pesto and roasted corn
