Food Log Day Thirty-Seven
Breakfast
- 2 pieces of Ezekiel Sesame bread, toasted, with Earth Balance margarine, and one with fresh ground peanut butter, the other with Smucker’s Simply Fruit seedless blackberry jam
- ~3/4 c Un-Mushy Oatmeal with ~1 oz raw walnuts and Silk brand vanilla soymilk
I never got hungry for lunch, probably because I ate more for breakfast than usual, or more filling things, so I just never ate lunch!
Dinner
- 3 (!) small burritos, on WrapItz brand Whole Wheat tortillas, with homemade re-fried beans, romaine lettuce, guacamole (just mashed up avocados mixed with cilantro, lime juice and a little salt), and On the Border brand medium salsa
I didn’t feel too bad about eating 3 burritos since between the two of us, my husband and I ate a whole head of romaine on our burritos.
- for dessert, a tortilla warmed up with Earth Balance margarine and a little honey on it
