Exercise Log Day Thirty-Six

About 20 minutes of strength training. I did one set of 12 reps for all the major muscle groups, 2 sets of 12 for a couple.

It’s not raining today, but it’s gray and affecting my motivation! So I came up with something different to do than just get back on the treadmill. It felt good; it’s been awhile since I did any strength training. I’ll be sore tomorrow! :)
