Breakfast

  • smoothie (~3 c) with frozen banana, strawberries, blueberries and pineapple, a fresh peach, a handful fresh spinach leaves, 2 tbsp ground flaxseed and Silk brand vanilla soymilk
  • 1 1/2 pieces Ezekiel Sesame toast with maybe 2 tsp Earth Balance brand margarine
