Food Log Day Twenty-Eight
Breakfast
- 1 large grapefruit, both halves
- 1 pear
- 2 kiwis
- 2 pieces of cornbread with a little Earth Balance margarine and honey on them
I’m really fighting emotional eating today. Dealing with some heavy personal stuff and this morning I just really wanted to eat something “bad”. What it would have been, I don’t know. I settled for the cornbread, which isn’t ideal but I wouldn’t classify it as “bad” either.
