Exercise Log Day Thirteen

I’m back for real! For the last two weeks I walked and/or worked in the yard–pretty low-impact stuff, though the walking felt good. Last night I met a girl who expressed interest in doing the upcoming triathlon as a relay team, but she needs a swimmer and a runner. I told her I’d be interested in the running–it’s the triathlon I’ve done three times before as part of a team, and just a 4-mile run. It’s a month away, though. So, today I went out and ran for the first time in awhile. It was harder than it had been, but it felt good.

  • warmup, walk for 6 minutes
  • run 7 minutes/walk 2 minutes, 4x
  • cool down, walk ~10 minutes

Stretching, ~5-10 minutes.
