Food Log Day Ten

Breakfast

  • smoothie again with 1 frozen banana, ~2/3 c frozen blueberries, ~2/3 c frozen mango, ~1 c frozen strawberries, 2 tbsp ground flaxseed and ~2 c Silk brand vanilla soymilk
  • 2 pieces whole wheat toast (bread from a local bakery) with Earth Balance margarine and fresh ground peanut butter
