Food Log Day Eight
Breakfast
- 2 peaches
- ~1/2 c blueberries
- 5 or 6 strawberries
- ~3/4 c cantaloupe
- some wheat thins and Rotel dip… It was sitting on the table and I couldn’t resist it any longer.
- a cherry Pop-Tart
My resolve weakened a bit this morning. Then again, it’s a new week so my goals start over!
I have to say though, that my in-laws are EXTREMELY gracious about the fact that I eat differently than they do. My mother-in-law always has soymilk available for us, makes vegetarian alternatives at meals, even modifies her holiday recipes so they’re vegetarian-friendly. In that sense, they go above and beyond to make me feel welcome and I really appreciate it!
