Exercise Log Day Two
Running/walking ~50 min in my neighborhood.
- warm up 5 min
- run 10 min, walk 2 min, run 10 min, walk 3 min, run 10 min
- cool down just under 10 min, because I stopped to pull up some morning glories to transplant into my yard.
203 calories, average HR 155, TE 3.1
I was running REALLY slow because I wanted to keep my heart rate under 170. Didn’t always work, though; there are some brutal hills in my neighborhood and a few times, running up those hills, my heart rate got up to 175 or 176.
