Exercise Log Day One
To mix it up a bit, I did a workout from OnDemand’s Fitness TV. (If you have OnDemand and haven’t checked this out, there are TONS of workouts on there! And new stuff is added all the time so there is no reason to get bored. Really cool.) The one I did today was called StartWalking_3Mile with Leslie Sansone.

The workout included at least 5 minutes each of warmup and cool down, as well as some stretching at the end.
I liked it because it’s easy to keep up with and I can make it more intense if I want to. There isn’t much variety to the steps so I think I would find it kind of monotonous to do on a regular basis, but it’s a great option for variety instead of running outside or in the event of bad weather.
