Exercise Log Day Five

Alright, got my butt in gear this morning and did my exercise first thing. Feels so good!

It’s raining again today–or threatening to–so I didn’t want to go outside. Found another workout from OnDemand, SlimDownCardioBurn with Kendell Hogan. It was pretty good; shorter than I wanted, not as intense as I hoped, and the steps were hard to follow. Not that they were difficult, but he gradually added on until I was doing a pretty complicated dance routine at the end! Makes it interesting though.

In 31:21 minutes, I burned 197 calories. Average HR 134, TE 2.3.

A lot of the workouts OnDemand are 10-30 minutes long; there aren’t many that are 45 minutes long. Now if a client whose goal was to work out 45 minutes a day told me that, you know what I’d say? “Do two short workouts!” :)
